Shipping & Returns

All orders are sent using either Australia Post or a Courier Service as soon as possible. We will contact you as soon as we can once we have received your order to discuss with you if there will be any delays relating to stock availability. No order will be sent until payment is received. Once you have placed your order we will send you an invoice with shipping costs added to the total based on your delivery location.

If you choose to pay by credit card there is also an additional 1.5% credit card fee added to the invoice total. Alternatively, if paying by direct bank deposit there are no additional fees applied. Once we have sent the invoice, it has been checked and we have received payment we will then send the parcel using either Australia Post or a Courier Service. 

We will always contact you to discuss your order if for whatever reason your order will be delayed. An approximate timeframe for delivery of orders to urban centres on the East Coast is one working week, which generally also applies to rural areas in NSW. For remote areas in states like Western Australia expected delivery is 2-3 weeks. BeBe Bold always attempts to deliver to customers within the stated delivery time but cannot take responsibility for circumstances beyond their control that hinder or delay the order.

All postage and packaging costs are calculated based on the weight of the parcel and your delivery location. This amount will be added at the end of your invoice. 

If you need an order urgently we will do our best to help, but please try to order well ahead of the time needed for the stock.
